Also: see a preview of this coming Wednesday's interview with the one and only...
Hey everyone, just a quick update this time on a few things going on. I’ll keep it brief, and then you can go back to enjoying your Sunday.
LATEST episode: Brian Godawa Returns!
This week, Brian Godawa came back to the podcast and we had an incredible conversation. We talked about the role of the Watchers/Sons of God in the post-flood world, which is a major subject of his current book series: Chronicles of the Watchers.
You can listen to- or actually watch- the interview right here:
I’m on a brief hiatus from Enoch for a couple of weeks, giving my brain a little time to refresh itself, and spending some extra time with my family and exploring the midwest. Last week, I took my son to a hockey game in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This weekend, I am taking my family on a train excursion in Arkansas. Next week, we’re visiting the Missouri state capitol- and, hopefully, meeting with a nearby book publisher about my manuscript that I finished at the end of 2025. Please say a prayer for that meeting!
But don’t worry, we’ll be back in the Book of Enoch series after my other special interview. Speaking of which…
NEXT episode: featuring Michael Heiser
Coming up this Wednesday, I dove deep into the Luke Taylor archives and located an interview in which I talked to Dr. Michael Heiser himself about his book Supernatural back when it first released (2015 or ‘16).
In fact, this was how I first found out about Heiser- interviewing him on the radio!
I am bringing that conversation to you this Wednesday.
New Article on the Website
Some of you may remember my newsletter from last month about Mount Hermon as a possible location of the Transfiguration of Jesus. That newsletter, due to a computer glitch, was beset with typos. I couldn’t psychologically handle that, so I have produced a corrected version of that “article” as a post on my website.
In case you missed it or would like to revisit that content, it’s available right here:
And that’s all for now- but much more is yet to come! Next weekend, I will be sharing an infographic on Passion Week with you, as well as a special presentation about why Jesus died- not on Good Friday- not even on Thursday- but on a Wednesday.
What? Yeah.
I’ll be dropping a special Youtube video teaching about why it was Wednesday- and why it matters- into your inbox next weekend.
As well as a preview of what’s coming next in our Book of Enoch series.
Until then, have a great week, and a Weird Wednesday!
-Luke
